What happened to the cool cyberpunk stuff from Fallout 1 & 2?
Is this typical fantasy adventure bullshit?
Or does it get weird like past obsidian games?
Booting it up and hearing that generic fantasy music made me back out. I can enjoy a fantasy game if it get's interesting, but not if it's typical fantasy schlock.
It's not generic fantasy and anyone who says that hasn't really read into the setting or is just knee-jerk responding to ELVES AND DWARVES, MUST BE A TOLKIEN RIP-OFF. Which can be understood because the game bombards you with drivel you won't really get until you get into the game for couple of hours and read shit along the way. PoE could've really eased the player into the setting a bit slower. For all the game's problems lore isn't one of them.
Why don't you have a Hipshotdot /v/? You are a GAMER aren't you? :')
Why not pick up one of those little dog toy lasers, tape the button down, and angle it at your screen. Doesn't add more wires around your game system, and doesn't leave a big cord hanging down on your TV.
Ok /v/, former Nintendofag here.
I'm at the retail store right now, and came with the idea of buying a PS4, but then I saw the deals of the XboxOne which are pretty tempting.
Regardless of console price. Please let's make a quick pro vs cons of buying each console. I just read a few articles on the internet, but I would appreciate your input.
To start off: do games on PS4 look much better?
Anyone here have bad eyesight?
I know it's not strictly vidya related but my right eye has become absolute ass over the past couple of years, but my left is still pretty good. It's so bad my right eye is actually hindering my left one by blurring my overall vision slightly. Do I need fucking glasses and could this in any way be related to staring at a screen 5 hours a day playing video games?
I've got a few big floaters in my eyes and need glasses, but I can still see things without glasses.
It's only poor genes of you have bad eyesight at a young age. Eyes, just like anything else I. Your body, deteriorate over time. I'm 28 so I'm no spring chicken, and my left eye seems fine. It's just my right one which is letting the side down. My vision overall isn't terrible by any means, just not as good as it once was.
>GPU just died on me
>consoles are broken
>wife went to a party in Detroit
>only a shitty netbook left
What are some toaster friendly games for a lonely anon, /v/?
Does anyone here know about Fallout lore? I understand there was a resource war. Did the production of electric or hybrid cars accelerate, or did people just pay a lot more for gas for a long time? Or did the U.S. gas price not change much because of Alaska, Mexico, and Canada? It seems like there are a lot of cars in the Fallout games.
Also, did cars explode after being shot in any other Fallout games besides 4?
Rarest games you own thread 2.0

Hey fags , so im really into metal and shit and i allways wanted to play guitar
Does this game really help in learning how to play? On a scale 0-10 how much does it help?

What do? How to cope?
