ITT: games that when finished have the same emotional resonance as when an anime you've been watching from day 1 ends.
Seriously, it's amazing how games can feel like you went through an entire fucking journey in a couple of hours when shows take so much longer to reach the bittersweet never 4get end.
Not gonna lie, by the end I was legitimately emotionally invested.
Why did Nintendo allow Smash Brothers to make Bayonetta popular?
Shouldn't the game be popular on its own?
Its a good game. But no one bought it. Yet now that shes on smash, you cant find the game.
So, nintendo was too blind to advertise it properly and now that its on the smash brothers advertising game, no one can get because Nintendo wont restock.
Makes me wonder how wonderful 101 would have sold if the put wonderful red in mario kart and wondeful blue in smash brothers
If that's nintendo strategy it's a dumb one.
A lot of people won't buy digital, they would rather not buy the game.
When you have Bayonetta selling for 80 dollars on ebay and 30 dollars on the eshop, its time to restock the game.
Shitty fucking date tonight.
Should I play this game?
i am starting to feel very stupid looking at mt £4k steam library
>I WAS TOO STUPID TO DEAL WITH PIRATING, SO I BOUGHT SHITTON OF WORTHLESS GAMES

I dunnno. What am I, psychic? It depends entirely on the games run, the runners running those games, and how the event as a whole is organized. Things are bad when you can tell that these things are poorly organized from the stream alone.
The MMO market has been horrendous the last few years. Looking for something to get my fix in.
Anyone ever play this before? Any thoughts?
HELLO IS THIS THING ON Xenoblade thread
This game is pretty damn fun. Why the fuck was it never localized?
Hell it even came out in 2012 which was still during the nogames period of the 3DS I think. Shit probably would've sold too.
“[E.X. Troopers] was not planned for Western release. You can tell this because all of the text is ‘hard coded’ as actual art. The text isn’t just standard ‘text’ that could be swapped relatively easily…
…To localize a release, one would have to redo a ton of art in the game, not just do the localization and loc QA.”
So my cousin came over to my house today and we played some games together. And he was holding the controller in such a strange way that I actually got into an argument with him over it.
He had his index fingers on the tiggers, and kept his middle fingers tucked away.
The fuck? Do people actually do this? You have two index and two middle fingers for a reason, the index go on the right and left buttons, the middle fingers go on the right and left triggers.
It has to be autism that drives people to only use their indexes for the tiggers and buttons, right?
I do that, it's more comfortable to hold the controller with your middle fingers and just use the index for both triggers.
There's hardly ever a situation when you need to press L1 and L2 at the same time.
I literally never had troubles with any games holding my controller like this.
And the index finger is the second fastest of all your fingers, how is it any problem to move it 1cm?
I don't get it
Why they keep making games more childish and childish when the main audience are people 20+?
Kids don't buy games, adults do
Hey. Got something a little different for you this time.
What's the most powerful blade in a video game?

Do guns count?
Not everything needs to be a big point stick
What's wrong with a game being casual?
ITT: Unpopular opinions.
System Shock 1 > System Shock 2
I agree, but I haven't actually beaten System Shock 2. Only got like 10 hours in.
