Having the 3 consoles of both old and actual generation and never had played on PC, should I invest in one?
I don't really care about the PC exclusives, just want to play the multiplataforms in Mustard Race Tier.
>tfw you learned what the she actually says
>the antagonist is doing bad things for a legitimately good reason and working towards a greater good than the heroes can comprehend
>you still have to stop him
>This villan ultimately manages to accomplish his goal.
>It entirely fails to do what they had intended.
>I'm gonna free this ANCIENT EVIL
>Because I'm the bad guy!
>He gloats about his evil plan
>Only because it has already gone into effect and the heroes can't do anything to stop it
Hello, /v/, first time here. Been out of games for many years, but got really impressed by pic related. So original and involving… can you recommend me some avant-garde (although simple in design) games?
What makes a good MMO /v/?
Easy to learn hard to master
Good graphics (for its time)
PvE + PvP + crafting + questing content
Love from the devs
More or less balanced
A team of devs who can hotfix bugs
Uptime and server reliability
Gameplay that fits the genre. Black Desert comes to mind, the boss fights are abysmally bad. Bosses have dull mechanics and they look like disco balls. Knowing when to tone down particle effects and eye candy is just as important as making those effects look good.
Is it really going to be a portable/console hybrid? What the fuck does that even mean?
How much would they dare charge for it?
Is it going to be backwards compatible? If it is, are they going to use PowerPC again? Are they going to use the Gamepad again?
Are they going to use cartridges?
Is it their absolute last chance? Is most of the senior staff out of a job if it fails? Will activist investors try to throw their weight around or just jump ship?
Will Diddy Kong Racing 47 be a launch title?
Quick, use your vidya skills to save the princess
What is your opinion of PS4 owners?
Why did it fail?
>generally unpirateable for a long time
>price is relatively high
>buyer has little to go on besides paid professional reviews and a few early adopter reviews
>will generally be more cautious about buying it without a means to check it out properly
And from what I've seen/read, it's basically just JC2 with an FC4 wingsuit.
literally jc2 for 60 bucks with performance issues and bugs
Is this comic just fucking with me? Because if it's not, I'm picking this game up right now
HEY YOU! YEAH YOU!
DID YOU VOTE FOR ME?
YOUR DESPAIR QUEEN!
Also Danganronpa thread!
You DID choose the right boots, didn't you?
I know most people hate Skyward Sword because of Fi and shit but can we talk about the lore for a moment?
What exactly IS Demise? We know he's the progenitor of Ganondorf and possibly other Zelda villains, but there still seems to be some unsolved mysteries about him
Fi's examine text:
"This eternal being has conquered time itself. It is the source of all monsters.
According to tales passed down through generations, it appears differently in each epoch and to each person who lays eyes on it. "
>What exactly IS Demise? We know he's the progenitor of Ganondorf and possibly other Zelda villains, but there still seems to be some unsolved mysteries about him
Demise is basically the closest thing to Satan or the Devil in Hyrule, or at least he was.
This is it. I'm going to make my own vidya.
I fucking need the money right now and i'm tired of being poor and the ideia guy.
Wish me luck guys.
What a shame.
>game franchise brought back from the dead
>only for one installment
>It does insanely well and stats faithful to the original
>studio decides to reboot the series
