Time for the occasional Morrowind thread. Post concept art, lore, anything. About to pick a premade class and install a camping mod for immersion. The Scout class, I mean why not?
What's the Blair Witch Project of video games?
>Scary as hell
>People thought it was real
And butter lord hype
I feel depressed and overall just horrible. What are some JRPGs that can help me change the way I feel, or at least shed some light on it and help me out.
I've played Valkyrie Profile, Xenogears, Digital Devil Saga, FFX, FFVIII, FFIX, Breath of Fire, Tales of Abyss, and last of which a replay of Chrono Cross, all good games in their own right, but none of them really made an emotional impact on me except VP and CC.
Has a game changed your opinion and view on life in general, same a book would on a teen?
21 by the way here.
ive been having suicidal...

Video games are not a route to escape depression. They are a distraction from the problem taking you to that mental state in the first place.
Seek family and friends, not virtual reality.
School, lack of family and friends altogether.
I'd ask you what the alternative would be, but I already know the answers, so I won't. Thanks for the reply I guess either way.
WHAT THE HELL
IS GOING ON?
So how are you guys enjoying Samurai Warriors 4 Empires after waiting a decade for another Empires installment in the series to come to the West?
I actually enjoyed DW8E myself, but this is so much better.
I got DW8E and became bored of it faster than any other Empires game. I couldn't tell if it was because I was finally getting bored of them, or if DW8E just wasn't particularly good. What makes SW4E better?
The politicking feels a lot more involved and there's a lot of random events that can happen like plagues or natural disasters. That and the mini castle you use during the Strategy Phase feels more comfy than the War Room in DW8E
Did it ruin the series?
annual releases did
all installments have actually been pretty solid apart from MW3 and Ghosts, but the fact that they release the shit every single fucking year is what ruined the franchise
>if you pay for a game, you should have the option to opt out of online battles
is he right?
That's what he says but it's not what he means. What he means is he should be able to quit out of more than half the ranked battles he's in because he doesn't like fighting certain characters or he doesn't like losing to certain characters or playstyles. He basically wants to be able to just gimp his way to a 95% W/L rate.
Nintendo NX exclusive for an entire year.
Good, this will help establish it as the console of choice for hardcore gamers. PC gamers can either buy an NX or put on their big-boy hats and wait.
What's the verdict?
Not a bad game. Easy to learn but fairly difficult to master.
Most people are disgusting casual.
achievement statistics for the game are depressing as fuck.
Be prepared to fail and learn from mistakes.
Recent vidya purchase / buy thread.
What did you buy recently, /v/? Also,
the movie was alright
You had one job anon.
How are you suppose to get in on Ryu/Ken as a Mika/Laura/Gief player? His fireball recovery is so good that he can react on jumpins instantly. Ryu especially dangerous because he is a brain dead character that does the highest output damage in the game.
So I'm playing this right now and I don't get where all the hype was coming from?
Why was this game praised to the heavens?
You need to get one thing, anon. Nobody shares the same taste. What many people liked might be something you don't like. And that's fine. Nobody will ever call you out for that. But you should not imply that something you didn't like is somewhat overhyped or not good in general.
That way, you'll live a better life.
>Guns do different damages even though they have same calibers
>outside the scope zooms with you when you aim the scope
Why does this happen in almost all FPS games?
I've never played a Doom game before. I don't care about the story.
What is the most fun Doom game in your opinion, /v/?
