Which one was superior?
I loved shovel knight a lot, and I loved the DLC thematically, but I hated playing as plague knight. The platforming was so convoluted and this might just be because I'm not great at platforming games, but the controls were awful. The shovel knight gameplay was perfect to me in pretty much every way.
Most of the time I just felt like I'm not inputting the buttons right when I fucked up, rather than actually fucking up the platforming. Only with plague knight. I don't know if I'm making...

Fire Emblem Thread. Previous entries welcome.
what happened to blood in halo? Halo 5 is a 16 rating, so why did they feel that they couldn't add blood splatters. However aliens bleed but spartans don't which is really confusing and I miss painting the walls with blood :( .
I usually dislike lots of blood in any games I play, but the grunt blood in Combat Evolved looks pretty cool.
Did you feel sorry for Quina? When the shit will this release on Steam?
Back in 2010 when it came out everyone was obsessed with it for two months, then people just completely stopped talking about it.
Honestly, I've never seen any game fall so fast out of people's conciousness. What happened?
>get a legendary weapon, supossed to be the best tier
>does less damage than a magic weapon of the same level requirement, with magic being the 2nd shittiest item tier
Who the fuck designed this mess?
Doom 4 is looking good. Who else hyped?
I think it is actually a very good game, what
do you think of it?
Pretty fun. I find it easier to get into when playing with friends. The grinding aspects kinda suck. Getting into Hard mode initially sucks as you need to build multiple new picks in quick succession that are useless the moment you beat a new boss.
Expert Mode is kinda dumb, stuff being damage sponges doesn't add legitimate difficulty, just tedium.
Which installment of Counter Strike is the best, /v/?
Just got done beating this game. How was it?
Are you asking us how it was? You should make up your mind.
In my opinion it's an amazing combination of tech, art, music and kinda unique or refined gameplay ideas. It has everything I want from games, and I love it.
ITT: Games that you never expected to make you cry, but they did.
How is Killer Instinct so much better than Mortal Kombat when it was originally a ripoff?
I'll never understand how Killer Instinct gained such a following. I remember the few times I went to a friends house, out of boredom he'd pop in KI and basically mash out 100 hit combos against the computer, thinking he was hot shit.
Told him I'll bring over SF 3 since he had a Dreamcast at the time. After 3 matches he didn't want to play anymore, called it 'boring' and went back to KI.
Stopped going to his house after that day, been like 15 years since I last spoken to him.
Post your flagship /v/
Really funny OP. I have never made it past my starting ships.
>when you shipfu is already claimed by OP
Good taste. Though right now I'm getting into the Lasher knife-fighting life.
Could use some tips on loadouts though. Right now I'm just using Salamanders, Reliants, and auto cannons. I kinda wanna try to load it out with all machine guns for maximum dakka, I wanna spew as many projectiles as possible.
