>sales 250 000 units while Firewatch sold over 500k in just a month.

Frictionnal Games on suicide watch
What was your reaction to Shale
being a woman?
I thought it was clever. It also was a good and interesting way to be "diverse" or "surprise". Even Shale barely muses the idea and says that it doesn't matter.
This was back when bioware wasn't shit, after all.
Sadly the era of a whole game bought from day 1 is long gone, no longer will we ask our friends if they managed to unlock that police outfit in resident evil. All the racers in crash team racing. The super grenade gun in dino crisis...
Now we have, "Have you bought the outfit? its on sale for only 99c!"..
What was the last AAA game that you bought that actually gave you 100% of the content on day 1, with nothing hidden behind a jew wall...?
Are the days of the 3D platforming genre long gone?
The genre was popular in the early 2000s era but now has since completely disappeared. Are we due to see a come back anytime soon?
We're approaching the days of PS2 being the new retro-nostalgia thing people like emulating.
Expect to see people who grew up with Rayman 2 and games like those and loved them to start making their spiritual successors.
I'd certainly enjoy an experience as comfy and adventurous as Rayman 2 again.
3D mario's still going, even if shitposters like to hate 3D World. Yooka-Laylee sounds great though worryingly little has been shown off from it. Ratchet & Clank remake also looks great if that counts.
Is there any way to make this game fun? iam in chapter 12 so far and its still boring me out and all the bosses are still easy as shit
you told me this game was good god damn! also fuck me for not knowing that there was a vita version i would have never spend 60 dollars on a ps vita game on my ps4 fuck me
Fuck your Sylvie, Athena's back!
Just kidding, I really wanna play as Sylvie, too.
>When expansions ruin a game
>shorter than DS1
>bland as fuck
>almost no variety in environments
>boss fights are easy
>rehashed bloodborne bosses
>underwhelming ending (or should I say - get the dlc for le full ending)
>pyromancy overpowered more then ever before
>level design even worse than in ds2

Looks kind of cool and I didn't see a thread about it, so there.
Here's the launch trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBdRFNxMIGY&ab_channel=DigeratiDistribution
I'm kinda hype for Salt & Sanctuary. Not for the Dark Soul aspect, but for the Metroidvania aspect. I love a good Metroidvania.
It should be coming on PC later this year after the PS4 bought exclusivity end.
For people who want to see it in action, Bunnyhop did a video on it.
The metroidvania aspect is pretty small. I'm at least half way into it and there have been like two "metriod" type movement upgrades and they're barely used.
It's an awesome 2D darksouls though. Great character variation available. Not quite as hard or grindy as darksouls can get.
I'm gonna do it /v/. I'm gonna buy a PS4.
List some decent games for it.
"Welcome home! Can I get you something?"
"...Oh! You wanted me instead?"
Time to admit it, boys... Wii U is the console to own if you're a fan of fighting games.
Pokken has launched and Smash Bros has proven itself to be a game well worth your time and money. Why don't you own a Wii U
It definitely has the more original fighting games to be honest
I use mine a lot
Are they the good guys?
>The characters are all little girls and "ara ara~"-type titty monsters
This needs to end.
>The characters are big men on steroids and women with massive chins and nigger asses
This needs to end.
