It's a remake of fallout 1, 2, and maybe even tactics..
It could be a top down turn based or it could be a FPS/TPS RPG like fallout 4, but with the plot, setting, theme, weapons, items, and maybe even the needs of the classic fallouts, skills and perks could be similar too.
Hell it could even just be top down but still a action shooter like Helldiver.

Am I a casual for absolutely hating the idea of unlocking cheats? It seems a little contradicting to have to "earn" the ability to cheat. It's also just as retarded when a game rewards you with an input code you could have just as easily looked up on the internet

At first. The thing is, that shit has hyper armor, so do not go in unless you know one hit will finish the opponent. Also, the further back you walk the less chance there is of it hitting you. It spreads out as it shoots out, so hang back and wait to dodge.
