Have you ever hurt yourself from playing video games? Be it from frustration or poor placement of hands.
I tore every ligament in both of my wrists on a 275lb clean and jerk
That, combined with carpal tunnel, has completely destroyed my right wrist. It's constantly in pain, cracks at all times, and can barely bend back.
>he doesnt play his games at 999 fps
What went wrong
You posted this thread on the wrong board, that's what.
Why is there 10 times as much R34 material of Infested Kerrigan than the regular version?
Do people really want to fuck insects?
For a majority of the timeline, Kerrigan has been infected.
Didnt she get taken by the zerg like 3/4 through the first game?
She was infested in Brood War, the starcraft experience that everyone remembers playing.
>he doesn't want to fug dis bug
I just got Castlevania: Curse of Darkness for PS2, do I need to play any previously titles to understand the story?
I also got Chaos Legions, which one is better?
>Just play the first NES Castlevania
Why would anyone play the NES adaptation of Castlevania when so many superior adaptations of that game exists?
He's shitposting. You need to play Castlevania 3 at least though since Curse is a direct sequel to that.
Best version of CV3 is the japanese Akumajou Densetsu one, they raped balance and music in the english version.
There's a fantranslation for Akumajou Densetsu on Romhacking.net
Why does software mode look better than OpenGL?
Pretty much this.
+ the all different, animated water texture on Software mode looks miles better than the static, wobbly surface on D3D / OGL
Why don't we ever see that many 2D platformers outside of indie devs and handheld releases anymore?
Except Nintendo, do big companies see 2D platformers as a lesser genre or something?
Because modern developers spend a long time thinking about realism
And there is no setting on this Earth which is composed primarily of strings of floating platforms.
Platformers inherently require a sort of game-centric interpretation of setting

Isn't the Souls series mostly about getting better equipment and managing stats? Why do you people love those games so much? Skill is literally the last thing you need in those games. You really just have to grind until you get decent gear and high enough stats. Hell, it's only ever kinda hard at the beginning because that's when a lot of shit can one-shot you.
What's so fun about these games?
I only ever went through DeS before I got bored.
way to ignore the actual GAMEPLAY itself, which is all about mastering the mechanisms, observing the environments & enemy behavior, and a little bit of old-school trial 'n' error. Add the MP elements to the mix, and you got fairly unique soup for today's gaming industry.
Also, there's been plenty of pure no-gear & upgrades runs, meaning the game's actually pretty well thought out too.
