What do you think of Dying Light and The Following?
Who is this kong?
What was that one shitty flash games you loved when you were young?
Japan made every game into little girl.
Your country made every game into ____
>Make Human Revelution, which is excellent
>Make Thief, which is absolutely garbage
Why should I be hyped?
What are some hidden gems on the 3ds that I should download
>Bullet sponge enemies
>fetch quest galore
>Bullet sponge bosses
>Writing that makes me glad Burch got cucked
>POP CULTURE REFERENCE
>BONERFART DUDE LOL

Fuck, my 3ds broke and I can't finish VLR now, I hope "anything is possible" means "this year"

The Doom Slayer can kick Master Chief ass.
Is it true that GTA IV is poorly optimized in PC? I just installed it earlier and there's just no way to get around of the infuriating lag. I've tweaked my settings from highest to low and there's just no way. I get 12-20 fps. Then I tried this command line fix (google it) then I got average of 29 fps and still struggling to make it higher.
What was this enemy?. Is it the only one in the game with that color? Post other interesting stuff
>Nicolas Winding Refn
>Director: Drive, Only God Forgives
>Watching the trailers for Metal Gear Solid V makes you wonder if the spirits of Dostoyevsky, Stanley Kubrick, and Caravaggio entered Hideo Kojima’s body because, using the art of gaming as his canvas, he boldly goes where no one has gone before.
>The trailers for Metal Gear Solid V prove once again that Hideo Kojima is a master at portraying a wider and more complex view of human nature...

Refn should shut up and make movies with excellent atmosphere, thats what he's good at.
I recommend my favourite of his, Valhalla Rising. Kino in its purest form. True kinematographique art.
Kojima couldn't handle budgeting and cost Konami 80 million for an unfinished game.
The worst of Peacewalker was incorporated into MGSV so the whole game is spent fultoning guards so you can wait 12 days in real time to develop equipment.
Too much time and money was spend developing an open world that was empty with no incentive to explore since it is all covered in the main missions.
When are QTEs acceptable?
As boss/combo finishers?
In fast paced reflexive intensive games?
Entire games themselves (ie Asuras Wrath)?
I'm ok with them in beat em ups and stuff, like Asura's Wrath and Bayonetta, but most other genres have no place for them. Especially games that have no business having them in the first place, like shooters.
Asura's Wrath's final boss is GOAT and he's basically just QTEs with some pretty easy combat in between. The way they have the boss fail his own QTEs near the end of the fight was so fucking hype.
