ITT: Games everyone will hate even if they're good.
Bonus points if they already have a 6.6 metacritic score before release like this.
i'm sure the backlash is gonna go away
but it feels so lonely in a /v/ without love for ds3

Didn't check hard enough clearly
Hey /v/, there's some original request. My sister asked me about some PS3 games for her kids. They are 10. Any good recs? She told me she doesn't want them to sit around all day and better play outside, so better something that is fun to play for short periods of time (no rpgs for example).
Little Big Planet and Puppeteer are good options. Maybe Ratchet & Clank games too.
I don't know, Rayman games?
Littlebigplanet
Sonic Racing (either)
Which rifle is better, /v/?

Just beat the game, its my favorite WRPG. Such great characters. discuss.
Why does Harley Quinn have such nice tits?
I'm playing through the game again. I normally play a Malkavian but this time I'm playing a Venture. I'm having a lot of fun.

Why the fuck won't White Wolf reach out to Square Enix to make one? After Human Revolution, I'm convinced they'd currently be the best for the job.
I missed put on the PSP so I want to jump on the wagon now. Problem is I never bought a used handheld (or console for that matter).
So I did some research and it appears that spare parts are (readily) available. Can I buy a used PSP and then fix some issues like scratched screen and damaged frames easily?
Anyone have any expierence with a used PSP or with using spare parts to fix user traces?
>>339475385
I've never owned one either but doesn't the Vita play PSP games too?
>>339475501
The PS Vita can't play UMD's.
You can hack it to play all the PSP games on it but I don't want to pirate anything. I'm a semi-collector fag and I want to get a PSP and physical copies of the game.
>>339475385
Just buy a new one. It is under 100$ and will probably be more worth to buy fresh new instead of repairing one
Planning on upgrading my gtx 780, what are /v/'s card recommendations for solid 1440p gaming?
Also anyone able to run 4k yet?

I've got a 4K monitor and a 980ti.
Doom can actually run at a solid 60fps even with all the settings up high, for some reason. Looks fucking gorgeous, especially all the hell levels.
For context I'm looking to play Witcher 3 at a relatively decent fps...
Upgrading to 1440p has made 1080p look like shit imo unfortunately I'm finding it harder to run games.
Realistically, would you be upset if Microsoft tried to steal Playtonic's thunder in announcing this at E3?
Would they even succeed at doing so?What if it wasgood?
If it's good then there isn't any reason to conplain. As far as I'm concerned, that would simply mean that I'd have two good 3d platformers instead of one.
But since this is Microsoft, it won't happen.
I won't play it regardless
Couldn't that help Playtonic since people who like Banjo would get recommended to play Yooka Laylee if it's good?
These types of games don't seem like they would steal from each other if they don't release too close to each other.
Any deaf anons here who play video games? What kind of games do you play?

Get some Shinobi and Nightshade, my dark skinned friend.
Just got this game. First SMT entry for me. Any tips I should know before jumping in? I hear the game is hard as fuck, but wouldn't grinding make that easier?
>>339474194
You can't grind in SMT retard demons take forever to level up
>>339474194
The only grinding you really do in SMTIV would be recruiting more demons so you can keep fusing without spending macca. You want to keep fusing your demons into better ones.
If you're going to do a Strength build, then unintuitively enough you should put points in Dex NOT Strength. That's because the Str stat mainly increases your normal attack power, while Dex increases your physical/gun special attacks, which you'll be using 99% of the time.
I can't even remember the last time I had my main character normally attack, when I have a +5 3mp gun skill he can use every turn instead.
Given that also, your weapons and armor aren't that important. Main thing is to keep fusing demons so you have a party around your...

I didn't get into this sadly, though I think the PC release overlapped with something else I was doing. Besides grindy shit like PoE I only really got into Monster Hunter Portable 3rd on PPSSPP. Other than that I just find it really hard to get heavily invested in a game these days.
Hey /v/, I need help solving a FPS issue.
Or a lag issue, I'm not sure what it is.
This WebM shows off what happens in game. Everything seems to take just a fraction of a second to update, so it seems like things just zip forward bit by bit.
It can make aiming feel impossible because they are always zipping out of your line of fire.
I've tried playing around with the setting, but nothing seems to do it. Any advice for me?
>>339473773
>>339473773
Looks a bit like microstutter but more pronounced?
I'm assuming your drivers are to date? It may not be a problem inside Overwatch itself, have you had a look to see if another background CPU process is chewing cycles? Is your CPU or GPU topping out at 100%? If you drop graphics to low temporarily does the problem disappear or is it still apparent?
Sometimes USB devices polling can cause this too. Try unplugging any extraneous devices (e.g. not mouse, keyboard) and seeing if the problem disappears....
