Really makes you think...
http://www.wired.co.uk/article/sega-shuts-down-streets-of-rage-remake
Five years on, what the hell was SEGA thinking? Are we going to get a new Streets of Rage, or not? Because this was the equivalent of outing squatters and the homeless from an abandoned building, left to rot, just as the squatters neared completion on their maintenance of it.
And five years on, it's still rotting.

This remake was excellent if you can find a torrent of it.
You can tell the developers where major fans of the first three.
The new OSTs arent half bad either.
>>339550081
Yeah, just a shame about SEGA's lockdown.
People are still developing packs for it, apparently. The game lives on.

>The new OSTs arent half bad either.
They're straight up improvements in a lot of cases. Though I prefer the originals in a few cases.
Is there such a thing as a perfect video game /v/?
If so, what do you consider a perfect video game?
It depends on taste

I don't care, though I do wonder if ZTD will work on my PS TV.
At 7pm Pacific/10pm Eastern, AMD will be streaming their Computex press conference where they are expected to reveal their next-generation 14nm Polaris GPU. Not a competitor to Nvidia's high-end GTX 1080 (that will be Vega, expected late this year or early next year) Polaris is instead expected to make a run for the price/performance and efficiency crowns in the midrange segment of the discrete GPU market, as well as giving a big boost to AMD in the efficiency-conscious mobile GPU market.
You can catch the webcast here.

Pretty much every PS4 game will now get a PC release. It's piss easy for the companies.
There is no point in buying a PS console ever again.
>>339548193
The problem with Idolm@ster is being japan only. If it had a western release or at least an english asian release then you can thing of a possible pc port. Japanese people don't care about pc.
Why is PC gaming so bad? It doesn't have any worthy exclusives and console ports either never happened or take years to get anything.
Why do people prefer a PC over a gaming console /v/? I just don't understand outside of free online.
It's not.
There's literally thousands of exclusives on PC, plus numerous multiplats that started, and thus work better on PC.
We're getting more console-origin ports than ever before. There's barely any reason to own a current-gen console.
PC offers the maximum customization options, best visuals and performance, cheapest prices, modding capabilities, emulation of most console systems out there, and unrivaled versatility in general.
And the best part? There's no "generations" on PC. You can literally play some games...

I play pc for the 4k multiplats and ps4/3ds for exclusives
games are cheaper and the best versions
customization to your liking from resolution to mouse to everything
emulation
So what's your excuse? Why aren't you playing this RIGHT NOW?

Pay per month, when other genres were generally 1 time purchases
World of Warcraft
Turned the genre from player-driven online worlds into theme parks with loot slot machines and got so popular that almost every single one after it failed, with a handful of exceptions.
