What did you get so far, /v/?
MGS 3 HD remake announced!
Get fucking hyped!
>Coming to an "arcade" ""near"" you
How does one "git gud"?
Hotline Miami thread. Sure sucks how we never got the level editor.
Your fault for thinking you'd be able to do anything wasn't possible in the base game in the editor. Wish it had workshop to try other peoples stuff cause I can never make anything cool in it.
>get a decent amount of hours in a game
>realize your character build(s) are so fucked, progressing through the game is a bitch
>start a new game
the worst feel
post some game related feels
I blame the internet for this.
I just want to go back to enjoying video games without some anon yelling at me for not having the best build, but I also can't stop myself from browsing day 1 release threads.
>Try out Expert Mode because it might be interesting and new
>Early game is fucking dogshit
>Enemies get double HP and deal double damage
>Enemy AI is now more aggressive, something terribly hard to counter due to their greater HP
>Bats, originally a nuisance, are now extremely difficult with the ability to four-shot a new player
>Can't try taking the buffed enemies one-on-one, as Expert...

Are you ready to play as Mika in Under Night In-Birth Exe:late [st] Summer Update?
What's your favourite fighting game /v/?
>Tekken 5 Reporting in
What is his name again?
You know attacks that your character makes in FF RPG (and similar) that looks like a bunch of light shows that somehow damages the enemies? You see it all the time in FF games (especially in more modern ones)
For example (FF9):
Is there an official term for that bullshit? I think it's absolutely retarded. How can a thief-like character have access to that skill and why does a light show somehow damage enemies like that? I guess they think a bunch of lights as attacks looks cool? Looks stupid.
Late night kingdom hearts thread.
Why was pic related poorly designed again?
>you can be invincible whenever you want to be, some commands make this happen, dodge rolling, shotlocking, etc.
>keyblade doesn't really knock anything back
>retarded secret boss fights
Its still miles better than DDD though.
How do you decide whether or not it's acceptable to pirate a game?
It is never acceptable for a modern game release. The easiest argument: you wouldn't want a world where EVERYONE pirates that awesome new game, because the publishers will make no money, never develop a sequel and possibly go out of business.
By "acceptable" I mean moral.
Anyone still play Duelyst?
Tried it. Was quite boring, units were just pixel garbage without drawn art nor story. No attachment to anything. Also newbs will have 0 chance against P2W since the RNG factor is low.
it has been stale for a while now, and the bloodborne spells they added kinda broke it right now. Lilith's and Zirix's are just stupid and dumb down the game a bit too much. Holding out judgement for next expansion to see what'll happen, but the devs saying things were fine this way and they weren't interested in rebalancing the base set is a big red flag to me, anyone can see things are not fine at all.
God tier Gamecube/Nintendo64 games?
this was one of my all time favs, the disc is scratched to it's limit
