Did your highschool have a Videogames Club ?
Are you reade for Kanye West's new game /v/?
Real talk though, how is it that Kanye's music is used in every AAA game studios trailers when it blatantly doesn't fit the theme or pace of the trailer at all? He must have some damn good contract writers
Who else is legitimately wondering about/looking forward to the obligatory successor to Nintendoland?
Also this is IMO a better collection of overworld themes than any of the 3D Mario overworld themes.
How do you think this game holds up in general? Ever cared to boot it up once in a while and embrace the comf?
I recently had to babysit and I ended up playing Nintendo Land for hours with the kid, it was a fucking blast. It's so fucking comfy, and now nostalgic since it's almost 5 years old.
I remember the first time I changed the time to evening
>that nostalgic/comforting atmosphere
It's like my childhood came back for a brief moment and gathered around the place.
"You never forgot, neither did we"
Probably the only time they did the whole nostalgia pandering thing well
How about a Symphonia thread?
Both Symphonia games are welcome to be discussed.
I'll kick this off with a few points to discuss:
Mine was Kratos.
>opinions on the soundtrack?
>comparisons of the combat from this game to the later entries in the series
I seriously find it very difficult to find flaws with this game. Maybe it's just nostalgia talking, but this game really did have...

Here's something: it was only loved because of the time in which it came out.
Competent ARPGs and 3D action games were still new. Despite Symphonia's shallow gameplay, characters and story, it was loved for being an RPG you could actually take an active part in playing, something most people had never seen before in a 3D game.
There's no reason to even play it unless you grew up with it. It's mediocre at best.
It's the same with Phantasy Star Online, but it doesn't stop people from running private servers and introducing new players to the game.
There is no reason to immediately erase all information about an old game just because there is something better now.
You cannot possibly back this up. You had load of artes, spells and moves to choose from. The game's combat was fast-paced and fun.
> characters and story,
Story starts off cliché but becomes quite political and somewhat complicated as you go on.
Characters are fine. Kratos was great especially.
>The railgun has aimbot
Excuse me, Tripwire?
>implying aimbot railgun is bad when resistances fucks over the entire balence.
>Deathadder Chroma started doubleclicking
What gaming mouse do I have to buy to avoid this? I must have broken a switch from clicking too intensely, I was really liking this mouse up until now as well.
I'm stuck. What should I do to proceed from here?
So I need to learn dash beforehand?
Which one is better?
Name a flaw
Protip: you can't
>Finally a new Berserk game is announced.
>It's not made by Platinum.
How did older games looks better at 240p and 480p compared to HD? Did the old CRT TV have some weird quirk hiding all the low res textures and models in Resident Evil 4?
Leon lookin sharp at every resolution, niggas.[/spoilers]
Serious question, instead of roll dodging does anyone ever use the normal tap backstep?
Today's the day
But Valve's conference isn't till October.
I got for free, should I try it?
I'll just leave this here
