Can anyone in the Nevada/Las Vegas area help? I'm looking for an arcade that has Japanese rythym games in it (specifically Groove Coaster). Thanks in advance!
>>341142243
Just check on the site.
That said, I miss Groove Coaster. Originally caught my eye in Akihabara's Taito Station when I saw that delicious Yasuda designed girl on it.
>>341142243
Yasuda?
>>341143187
I checked the GC site, and all the locations are for Japan. Any other ideas, Onso3?
Opinions on this game?
>>341142207
from what i remember (heavily into smoking pot at the time) it was pretty sick
>>341142207
It's all right.
I knew Nintendo wouldn't let us down. What other surprises do you think they'll have for us?
Target employee here. Just checked on the computer and it is indeed in our system. It says street dated 10/31
>>341142815

This is the fucking state of Western video games. Did a 14-year-old write this?
>>341141462
they will regret the amount of money they poured into this once they realize even 14 year olds see through their bullshit

>>341141485
Came to say this exactly.
>Occulus exclusive
>Vive exclusive
Is there anything more retarded than vr exclusivity?
>>341141485
no, talking shit with 40+ people have made it more interesting. >>341141756 fuck oculus's business ethics but i have a rift and am not worried about being locked out of anything for the vive
>B-BUT THERE ARE NO EXCLUSIVES!
Dead Rising 4 is full exclusive

No thanks, I'm still not done with Overwatch and probably won't be for some time. Maybe when it comes out anon
Got a code, but probably won't play it.
Didn't this come out today? Anyone have thoughts on it?
>>341445893
It comes out next month anon.
I boycott monster hunter until its exclusive deal with nintendo ends
preferably when they start to make them for pc
Why tease me like this anon? I can't wait for this game!
Hello, I am a time traveler from the year 2028. This is my final stop before jumping back to 2001. Since my mission is Video-Game related, I thought you people might want to ask me some questions.
Where's Nintendo in the future? They still making consoles/handhelds?
>>341141175
Please tell me action platformers make a comback...Please tell the EA was wiped away in the great war...
Who wins The International 6?
And if they did, they would treat it as a punch bag
>>341140995
playstation All stars spike might have looked like shit, but the game would still stay true if they ever bring it back. They wouldn't fuck up parappa
RIP Parappa The Rapper/Um Jammer Lammy
>>341141710
Parappa will be harder beacuse
>NanaOn Shana rep said there's no longer an audience for replayability
>Rhythm genre is dead
>The original creator gave up on video games after a failed Wii title
>Parappa's VA is known for being a fan scammer which kinda ruins it for someone who voices one of the best PS characters
>Sony eclusive*
>*Also avaible on PC

also on xbox one lol
They're realizing that they don't "compete" with the PC in the traditional sense. They only benefit from attacking their opposition (the other console), and making the exclusivity deal only stop them from going there is cheaper for them and gets more sales for the developer.
Brave Frontier thread? This game deserves more love than it gets and personally it makes my dick rock hard
>mobile
oh what is it, another game where progression is gated behind some energy bar, and filled with microtransactions to buy ultra overpowered units/gear and get shit instantly rather than wait?
I haven't played in like 2 weeks, but I was caught up in all of the content and have meta units that should last for at least another ~5-6 months
>>341142874
There's a Tales collaboration going right now. Thats about all you're missing.
>Sony scheduled their conference at the same time as the NBA Finals
The fucking incompetence of this company, I swear
Will the Warriors win tonight, /v/?

wrong board
I'd say it's sonyggers living up to their name as usual
I'm thinking that like Conway's Game of Life, it's possible to make a game with simple rules that naturally branchout into every other genre of game.
Those rules being:
>Players spawn by inhabiting robot bodies that are linked to spawn beacons, both of which are constructed by and also programmable by players
>The environment would be Venus so making something inhabitable that doesn't fly is hard, though possible
>Until broken into constituent parts, and if they are not just an object of a single material, all objects operate as a "black box" with autogenerated rules (based on their construction) as to what interaction leads to what effect
>Certain objects will have these rules deliberately modified irrespective of the components, and thus until broken can have unique behaviour. For example, the brain of the robot the player controls, or unique goods brought in by interplanetary trade (purchased with real money to give those goods high value)
>Playing as a human is possible, though it has implications such as biological requirements and being able as well as having to come from offworld
What I can see occurring as a result of that is:
>Piracy and the fun kind because just blowing a ship to pieces then picking up the wreckage doesn't work on Venus
>Stealth games, because how do you deal with a colossal enemy airship except from the inside?
>Dogfights, because the only way you can have something fast is for it to be heavier-than-air, and the only way to keep something heavier-than-air is to use an airship as a carrier rather than have the heavier-than-air thing as the main weapon
>Shooters, as an airship can easily become disputed territory
>Grand Strategy, because with the rule of players only spawning on other people's ships, although they can decide to go totally separate as soon as they own or have joined another ship they can also just become part of the fleet
>Economics and trading because all the stuff you build the ship out of has to come from somewhere
btw
>inb4 idea guy
I know how to make it, I don't know if I have the idea correct or not.
>>341140598
Sounds like it would be shit even with a three billion dollar budget.
Why did you do this thread again?
Number of ps4 owners that won't get to play the new xbox exclusives on their pc
