What the heck?
For what purpose?
Probably because they realized that they've done the whole humble beginnings thing a million times now. So instead they'll just plop you in the action without having to learn about shields from your neighbors for an hour.
>"Please, listen and try not to panic, you have been in a coma for quite some time.
>"I'm sure you would like to know how long, I'm afraid it's been...."
Filename thread: E3 edition
Sony pulled the red dead trailer beacause it had similarities with the orlando shooting.
I never played this back in the day. I got it in a humble bundle like three years ago, should I give it a chance? Is it worth a damn?
I've started playing it recently on the ps3 and it's fucking great. Dated as fuck graphically, but the writing is on point and combat makes for a serviceable brawler. It basically feels like a smaller scale GTA set in an academic town.
I can help.
What does /v/ think of this mechanic?
Why was this the best in the series?
>tfw still have lumps and bruises from getting my limbs hacked away with a battle axe
Close one desu
There are people on the show floor RIGHT NOW playing Zero Time Dilemma. 14 days can't pass soon enough.
Were all soldiers now
People say that the new Zelda game is just every post 2010 open world game with a Zelda skin on it. There's nothing innovative to it.
And the only thing I have to say is
YOU MEAN I CAN PLAY GAMES SIMILAR TO THE NEW ZELDA RIGHT NOW? Please tell me what they are /v/! I wanna play them
Who was the best?
>Humans are the 'jack of all stats' class.
>Human has the shortest lifespan, worst breathholding and eyesight and 0% resistances in fourteen damage and status effect types while the race with slightly slower leveling speed has on average 50% resistances across the board, a 275 year lifespan and don't drown in ten seconds flat at the cost of not being able to become a paladin
>Humans are the only race with multiple cultures
>Humans are the diplomatic race
>Other races are just humans but with exaggerated ideologies (The warmongers, the jews, the peacelovers, etc)
I'm always bothered by the fact that humans are never in the position that Orks are usually in (brutal, warlike, tough, sometimes completely crazy, etc) when we're pretty ojectively an extremely violent species.
Not even HFY bullshit, like 99.99% of our history can be summarized as "Monkeys learn to walk upright and immediately begin stabbing each other"
I really want to see this, any vidya/book/movie that does it?
So I was at work a while ago when I had this great idea for a game /v/, hear me out.
So there's a fourteen year old young adult named Tyler Goodman who is mocked and ridiculed by his peers. His teachers berate him for not putting effort into his studies. His parents favor his younger siblings, who they have no expectations of, and he is ignored in favor of his younger sister.
One day, while Tyler is in class, a US Army General walks in and interrupts the lesson. He reveals that the regular standardized testing they took the month before is actually a means...

Here's chapter 1?
The sun had barely dusked when a whisper moved along the frozen tundra.Tyler sighed and tried to conceal a shiver in the -20 celsius air. He reached for his zippo to light a cigar, but found the fuel in the lighter had frozen. "Fucking shit!" he cursed.
Suddenly, Tyler saw motion on the horizon. He quickly peered into the scope of his trusty M-16 A4, complete with thermal scope and grenade launcher.
A mile and a half away, Vladmir Ivanov stood with his AK-47. Ivanov is an infamous...

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ
"Tyler! You will respect me or you will fail! And tuck your uniform in, you know the dress code!" Mr. Stevenson barked.
Tyler sighed. Why should he respect his math teacher? He already knew the Pythagorean theorem anyway, no point in him doing the classwork. With a sense of resignation, he tucked his shirt in.
Mr. Stevenson gave a grunt of satisfaction and turned back towards the blackboard.
After what felt like days, Tyler was done with school. He got off the bus and walked into his house.
"Hey sweetie! How was your day?" His mother asked.
Tyler ignored her and went up to his room to play Call of Duty. He played until his mom called him down for dinner.
"How was school today, son?" His father asked.
"It fucking sucked."
"Tyler! Watch your language!" His mother admonished.
Tyler rolled his eyes at the umpenth attempt by his mother to control his life.
While his dad prattled on about his work day, Tyler interjected
"When am I getting my iPhone?"
"Son, we've been over this. We will pay for the phone if you will pay for the data plan. In fact, I was talking to your Uncle Ted and he said you can work for him as a cashier!"
"FUCK!" Tyler screamed, standing up from the table. "You're ruining my life! Why won't you give me the tools I need to succeed?"
"Son" Tyler's father started "I went through school without an iPhone, I think-"
But Tyler had already left the room. He wasn't going to listen his parents excuses.
Tyler was about to turn on the xbox, but his mom came in and said "Tyler, you have your standardized test tomorrow. You need to get some sleep!"
Tyler groaned, jabbed the Xbox power button, and went to bed.
Guess what just saved E3
