Do you know the answer /v/
What can we do to reduce toxicity?
Can't be done, aside from people suddenly deciding to change their behavior.
Shitheads are going to be shitheads. Your only real options are tell them to tone it the fuck down and hope they listen, or ban their ass.
Are people still playing this game?
Planetside 1 is shutting down forever on Friday.
Press F to pay respects for the world's first true MMOFPS.
It may not have aged well, and it may not be remembered as such, but this game was a real innovator. It tried things that haven't been tried by a shooter, at least on the same scale, since.
Least of all Planetside 2, which while showing slow improvement had its publisher and dev team decide to orient the game for a potential future console port early on.
Pshhh, nice armor, kid. Now stand back while I frag this charlie.
Which game are you more hyped for, /v/?
What's your favorite classic sonic stage, /v/?
I'll start with Launch Base Zone
>Launch Base Zone
go go, go go go, go go go, g-g-go go
I like Marble Garden for the music and those crazy fun slopes and the Tails teamwork boss.
is tameem antoniades a martyr that was shot down by autism bandwagoners?
I wish I could see the real DmC without con man's finger laid upon it
Tameem was just doing what Capcom told him to do which was make a "western" DMC which he did a fairly good job of, problem being the only people who care about DMC in the west are weebs who didn't want a western style game.
Except the game was originally very different, the initial release trailer version that everyone loathed is the result of capcoms interference with his team
the leftmost Dante looks like an actually cool westernized version, the pic being some of their original unused designs that were "too different". Their DmC was apparently too violent as well originally
Did we ever find out what this was about?
Even Wings of Liberty has you fighting the hybrids in that one Protoss mission near the end of the campaign.
But this plot point is one of the major plot points in Legacy of the Void.
Games where I can cause environmental disasters?
what does /v/ think of this odd game?
It leaves a small hole in my heart.
is there anything comfier?
How do you nullify someone's video game/micro-transaction addiction?
My 17 y/o little brother has (within the past week) spend a few hundred dollars on pic related, and by suspicious means. (He opened a bank account to secretly purchase micro-transactions) Within the last year he probably spent thousands. (He probably would have spent more if his mother hadn't barred him from spending for a period of time recently.)
So, how do I get him to stop?
I can't even reason with him.
Is it worth buying a Nintendo WiiU at this point?
If you can get it cheap and want a bunch of games on it, sure.
I personally found the Wii U worthwhile mostly because of multiplayer games, but if I had nobody to play with I would probably not have bought it.
How can one game be so good and so bad at the same time?
Did CDPR achieve the perfect balance between complete dogshit and fun?
>that half a second response time on controls
>that garbage horse controls
>that very basic combat system
>that using a boat excitement
>that utter trash equipment (sometimes)
>shit story with shitty elves as villains

ITT: Buyers remorse
/v/ will be mad at me for this but the gameplay just isn't fun.
