Why is it that in CS:S when I aim and shoot I can actually hit someone but in CS:GO when I aim and shoot I have a probability factor in play?
Why was CS:S bad again?
CSS was a "bad" remake of 1.6 according to diehard 1.6 fans because the recoil and movement was vastly different due to using source's physics and spray patterns for weapons. I personally like it myself.
System shock is being remade through a kickstarter. GOG are currently giving everyone free access to the demo.
>budokai 3 is still the best DBZ fighting game
why is this allowed?

What went wrong with the japanese vidya industry? They haven't made a single good game in over 10 years.
The Japanese people stopped buying anything that's not on a handheld or for a phone.
No point in trying to make good games if nobody will buy them, and the Japanese companies do not care about non-Japanese people.
>that period from 2009-2012 where minecraft was loved by /v/
Was it the autism, the popularity, the casualization?
How bad is this?
For context, I can tolerate Heroes 5.
Whatever happened to live actors being used in video games? As soon as FMV started becoming the norm it seems like everybody went with CGI characters instead of actors.
actors cost money, and videos tend to look more out of place next to in-game footage.
Also, you clearly missed the huge trend of using IRL actors in vidya these days. Quantum Break is one of the latest extreme examples.
Post your hardest/proudest trophies and your profiles an rate others.
Xbox and Steam guys not welcome. Fuck off.

>He listens to his own music instead of the OST of the game he's playing
>When asked if the team misses the cartoonish styling of their Crash and Jak era, Josh had to say this on the matter:
"No, I don't, because we've got an amazing team of people making some really expressive performances with our current stable of realistic characters. I mean, animating the stylised stuff is a lot of fun, but the stories that we're trying to tell right now are a little bit more grounded and a little bit more grown up than they were back in the Jak and Daxter days."
I play games to escape reality, fuck realism
What's the best Castlevania and why is it objectively Rondo of Blood?
Bloodlines is pretty poor, to be honest. Vinnyvania time.
