They literally had a taped confession from jessie of every single one of him and Walt's crimes. And then on top of this a shitload of circumstantial evidence, like the gambling money, the phone call, the car crash ect. They could of easily gone too the DEA and they would of had Walt in handcuffs on 5 minutes. Instead they let a methhead come up with a memeplan to draw Walt out into the middle of nowhere for literally no point at all.

I never really got why Walt started working with neo-Nazis, they sort of just came out of nowhere with very little/no set up. And Walt is only a kingpin for a VERY short period of time. The final season really should have been Walt vs Hank rather than Walt basically getting away with everything.
