I think it was a story about a woman who thought herself ugly (the pic) and wanted to pay for cosmetic surgery, and the twist was that she was actually really pretty. Or the other way round, can't remember -- it's been ages.

She was a vain rich woman who got a makeover and haircut that she hated so she humiliated the hairdresser. The hairdresser cursed her. The frame was her telling this story to a plastic surgeon from the shadows of her room. She says she's a monster and nothing can help, she holds up the mirror and you see that cat monster thing. The surgeon tells her there's nothing he can do for her, then the twist isShe is really still beautiful, she was cursed to see herself in the mirror as ugly.
