Women wouldn't be interested in this show. It's the definition of a dudebro's vision of what being a high-powered lawyer must be like. They literally do no preparation for cases. They just sit around making snappy comebacks at each other and referencing Game of Thrones.

that's false though. Most legal issues are not legal. the best way to kill them is to stop the feud between the two parties. this is what this show teaches. the legals rules are just created to make the dispute more formal, but the resolution is doable outside of court.

My gf wants me to watch this show with her. I saw an episode or two a couple of years ago and it seemed pretty light and, date I say it, comfy.

What am I in for?

look it's not the best show around, but the acting is good and it has a nice aesthetic and all the actresses are hot as fuck, it's definitely comfy.
it's my guilty pleasure but i really like it. you should watch the first 3 episodes to know if you're gonna like it.

she's so hot

but is her dad black in real life?
>>
>>72029349
This show suffered from the Dr.House problem, which is make a few good characters and in later seasons they parodies of themselves. Every episode must start with a problem, a pointless side story, the moment where everything seems lost, doing something at random makes the protagonist find the answer and to close the episode the side story also ends. And repeat this for a few seasons until you need to make a huge twist to later return to the status quo.
>>
>>72035048
Gabriel Macht would have been a better Don Draper than Ham

Mad Men would be less of a chore to watch if at least one of the characters was fun to watch
