He's right. Like it or not she's involved in some of the biggest and best moments of the show, and really adds to Tony's character A LOT, which makes the show all the more real and entertaining. You realize she can BE shitty, that's the entire point, her obnoxiousness? Same thing with Peggy Hill. They are so well-written and realistic characters that you never see on TV
