Mainly because of the whole not making it a sequel and rebooting as though the original ghostbusters never existed.
Then there is the politics they ham fisted to get people to see this movie. It just turned me off, to this movie in general. I was going to see it it, then everyone got ass blasted by critics.

It seems pretty clear they were going for lowest common denominator of "I heard of ghostbusters once" and trying to get female sales.
Also it's a remake just to add to the fire. Even without the whole women thing it just looks like shit. I'm not going to see this for the same reason I won't see the new edgy robocop or whatever other shameless cash grab reboots they do.
