Not bad, but a bit too much of a one trick pony. He's a comedian first and then an actor, which is fine but it really shows when he's the lead on a series like Brooklyn 99, which very quickly stagnated.
He's got a style and he's funny in anything he, Jorm and Akiva makes. I can get that alot of people might hate him though.
