That's not good, that's thoroughly mediocre. I mean, sure, on a truly neutral 1 to 10 scale, it'd be above average, but that's not how anyone rates things anymore. Anything below 6 is garbage, a 6 is below average, 7 is mediocre, 8 is good and 9+ is great.
