You wouldn't believe how expensive it is to maintain a boat.
I live in Monaco so I'll sometimes chat with yacht-owners, and their consensus is that the maintenance cost heaves on them about 1/10th of what they bought they yacht with.
So if you paid 10 million for a yacht, you'll have to pay 1 million each year to maintain.
Di Caprio probably doesn't want to deal with that.
