I just finished watching BvS like 5 minutes ago. The extended cut.
So yeah, it was long, and a lil overly indulgent/full of itself at times, but I was fairly impressed. It seemed like a solid 7.5/10. I enjoyed it.
Is the theatrical cut really bad or something? Did they cut all the character development/interaction to make room for the fight scenes?My one major complaint was the 15 minutes spent pretending Superman was dead at the end, but it wasn't THAT irritating.

i don't know why but whenever snyder gets brought up it turns to a shitshow. not just on here but on /co/ as well. Watchmen was as fantastic an adaptation as you could have made. 300 was a damn good movie. BVS had its flaws, that were more to do with the structure of the movie itself and the writing, but with that given the movie itself really wasn't all that bad, especially considering all the filler marvel trash out there that everyone eats up. but the moment its DC or snyder everyone turns into a blubbering retard trying to critique the most irrelevant little plot point or even the fucking lighting of a set, for reasons that are just as irrelevant to, well, anything at all
