Raider of the Lost Ark and it's not even close. A.I. is probably second, but War of the Worlds is also a very underrated film. (Apart from it's banal ending anyways.)

I think War of the World's was Spielberg's last good movie.
Nothing he's done since has really stood out in the way that his movies used to.
I also really enjoyed that movie and feel it is overlooked. The son annoys me though.
