Why the fuck was she walking around Braavos with no sword or disguise, in broad daylight, knowing the Faceless Men were after her? Last time we saw her before that, she was hiding in the tunnels with Needle, waiting for the Waif. Then cut to her strolling through crowded steets doing the rich guy walk (hands behind her back), which she'd never done before. Plus all of a sudden she has two big bags of cash to buy passage back to Westeros. It was all so un-Arya.
It would've made perfect sense for that to be Jaqen in disguise, wanting to see how the Waif performed. The previously-on for that ep explicitly showed Jaqen saying "don't let her suffer", then it cut to the Waif twisting the blade. It seemed as if it were being set up for that reveal but, nope, Arya can survive multiple stab wounds, swimming in filthy seawater, then stumbling through the streets while bleeding half to death. All it takes for her to recover is a good night's sleep.
