It's an early 2000 late 90's Japanese drama movie. The main character is a girl, she was adopted into this family and she lusts for her adopted brother's D. Then their adopted parents (or maybe grandparents, the details were sketchy) died, and her adopted brother/love interest had a heart disease so she prostitutes herself to pay for her adopted brother/love interest medical bills. Then it goes on kind of like softcore porn with buttshot, but no nipples or any genitals. At the end her adopted brother/love interest survived the heart surgery, but the girl dies of HIV and she left him a poetic letter about how she loves him and the wind and yada yada.
