Guys what the fuck didsuperman really die

HMMMM BOYS
So, how are they going to explain how he survived BvS?
We know he survived because of the rocks floating around his casket, but are they just going to say that Superman's so powerful that it takes more than murder to kill him?
>>71800104
The fact that they didn't even have the balls to kill him is just further proof of how fucking weak and shit that movie really is
>>71799962
He died twice, but you can't keep him dead.
>>71800104
No idea. If it is Goyer writing, explanation will be shit.
>>71800104
Plot armor makes one invulnerable.
>>71800137
He'll probably realize that he can't die, because he has people to save.
It's on par with the 'martha' resolution to BvS. Just give it a word, there we go, and next scene.
>>71800104
He only "died" because his cells were temporarily weakened by kryptonite, once that effect wore off his cells regenerated again. They showed pretty clearly in this movie several times. Of course it doesn't explain why Zod didn't come back to life.
SLEEP TIGHT P_UPPER

MARTHA SCENE did nothing wrong.
and he can die. He died twice in BvS. He just wont stay dead.

>Of course it doesn't explain why Zod didn't come back to life.
I'm pretty sure Zod or someone explains (like, actual exposition) that Clark gets more juice out of the sun than other kryptonians due to being in Earth longer.

>Of course it doesn't explain why Zod didn't come back to life
Zod didn't get exposed to kryptonite or get exploded, which he would have recovered from.
He had his neck snapped, severing his spinal cord, by another superhuman. Supes could still die if a superhuman broke his neck or something
>>71800723
Why didn't the nuke break every bone in his body and kill him?
>>71800817
You should probably not get so nitpicky wrt. to superheroes m8
>>71799962
Greg, fuck off back to /toy/.
>>71799962
We already saw the JLA group with Superman at the center.
There was not even the slightest tension of him staying dead. That earth falling from the grave was pointless.
>>71800650
Which is kinda stupid, because MoS never said anything about the Sun. It was always "Earth's atmosphere." So, if it wasn't yellow sunlight, the nuke scene in BvS was dumber.
>>71803073
>MoS never said anything about sun.
What, the film? Yes it does. I remember it distinctively.
And it might be later added 'Earth atmosphere' as he keeps regenerating in grave.
But they really should do what Morrison did. Meta narrative of the triumph of good is the best explanation
