Just finished watching it. It really is a 10/10
Incredibly realistic series throughout, psychological characterization is just perfect. But two points of the plot are just too much for me to swallow:
1) How the fuck did Pussy get back. I get that Tony was in a shit spot in his life, his own mother and uncle had just tried to kill him and he was probably feeling more inclined than usual to accept Pussy back. However, his story was utter bullshit ("hey, there's a broad involved, it's complicated") and the very fact he would purportedly desert his crew (during a time an attempt on the boss' life was made, no less) out of a fear of being whacked would be a massive insult to everyone (i.e. that they'd act without being certain). If you're down with that thing of theirs, you have nothing to fear. "Oh, they found out it was Jimmy, guess I'll be back now"
2) How the fuck did Tony let Junior live. Tony even tries to give him the chance to admit he was played by Livia, but Junior insists it was all him. This is NOT something a boss would just put behind his back - Tony wanted to suffocate Livia with a pillow, and that's just for wanting him dead (she couldn't physically finance or call the hit). Junior losing boss status and being demoted to Capo for an assassination attempt which ended in Tony being one inch away from getting his head blown off is probably the most unrealistic element in an otherwise incredibly believable series

A. Male family nepotism, see Christopher and Blundetto's special treatment
Janice and Liv he hated especially. He had problems with women due to the mommy issues.
But with the costra nosta, there's a certain respect and process for male figures that go against you.
You can't just wack him. It's a process. All the enemies and allies and business incomes of Junior have to be considered, not to mention how it looks.
B. He was technically operating underneath Junior as "acting boss", which was a nice little cover up for Tony to hide from Feds under.

Mad Men Has the same what i guess you would call progression as the Sopranos does. As in each season adds in many new characters and locations and its just really cool looking back once you finish the series and see how much has changed over time.

Its hard to describe. While Sopranos is superb TV, Breaking Bad is good TV when compared to the majority of other TV shows. Like Prison break or... I dont know. It was too much Mary Sue to me. Everything worked out for the main character no matter the situation. Supernatural powers and all that.
