Armond's reviews aren't reviews as much as they are essays. He doesn't care about the movie themselves, but instead focus on the sociological context around it. For him, the movie made is less important than what it means in the grand scheme of things that the movie was made in the first place. He cares about what the movie tells us about ourselves.
Of course, he's an hardcore troll, but he puts a lot of effort in them. It's why it's always entertaining to read.
