Flash feels like a Silver Age comic. It's campy and has CW melodrama but it comes across as self aware.
Legends is bad in an entertaining way. The characters play off each other pretty well.

Flash - 7/10. Corny as fuck but has its moments. It's like Antman the show™, and by that I mean a very nice adaptation of the comic source with valid deviations that work well for the medium.
Bingeworthy, but wouldn't recommend weekly desu
Arrow - 2/10. Godmode in early seasons, painfully disappointing in latest seasons. Great binge, but I would put it in the backburner until next season is over (to see if the Olicity shit cools down or gets even worse).
Legends - lolwtf/10. Nice cosplaying...I guess. It's alright, but it really feels like it's trying soooo hard to not be the "Flash-and-Arrow-Rejects" show.
Supergirl - 6/10. Exactly what you'd expect from a forced girlpower show. Has its moments and arguably has potential. Too cheesy for my tastes, but it could be interesting in the future.
Overall I'd say Flash and Daredevil are the best things for capeshit TV right now, but as far as DCTV is concerned Flash is the only one consistently worthwhile and not anvilliciously pandering imho.

Flash was fun
Arrow was good for a few episodes but overall more bad then good.
Supergirl I only watched a couple episodes and was pretty cringeworthy.
LoT is kinda mediocre, I like the cast (except Hawkgirl, she can't act for shit), but every episode just feels the same.
