It is a remake of some BBC show from mid 2000s.

I liked the first episode/pilot. Very inspired directing and cinematography that plays out between various moods and tightens up like a screw towards the climax.

When will 2nd episode come out?

I got a little annoyed by how terribly Aladdin handled the situation he found himself in, it got almost comical in parts

Also while I thought it was humorous I thought everyone using different slang words to describe sandpeople was kind of overblown, it made it seem like every single human being on the planet thinks very very low of sandfolk and while that might be true in real life I don't feel like every single character he encountered would think of a different way to call him a dirty sandrat terrorist, I'm surprised nobody called him Osama yet

Here's to hoping the quality doesn't drop off in the coming episodes
