I wasn't expecting season 1.5 but this is just ridiculous, it between characters and situations and there is no incentive to pay attention to anything.
I get that they rushed it after the success of s1 but still, how do you fuck up this bad.
And the chick wasn't convincing as as sheriff in the slightest.

no it was because it had a relatively simple, compelling story which captured your imagination, great direction, amazing atmosphere, a great soundtrack, amazing performances from all actors, and great characters you cared about, even rust who was so edgy and cringey
and despite the fact that the story was spread over 18 years it worked amazingly well on every level

Season 2 was God tier. Punished Ray. Based Frank. Whore Besirredes. Emo gay God warrior cop. Bodeen. The whole tone of season 2 is unlike any show I've ever seen. And in a good way. Season 2 was the BvS of tv shows. Too bad plebs will never understand. This is my least favorite life.

M8 Mr robot is my fave teen drama right now, but don't you fucking dare compare it to true detective 2. Which is a multi layered deeply flawed but ultimately utterly engrossing master piece that ADD riddled Americans do not understand nor deserve.
