Because reviewing games is easier/more fun than reviewing movies and shows. To do a lets play of a game he has to play a game, usually with his butt-buddy sex partner there with him making jokes the whole time. Then he posts both the more-or-less raw recording and an edited one later. That is fairly simple.
To review a movie or show first he has to watch it at least a few times, grab clips and soundbytes he thinks he might need, then he needs to write up a whole essay/script, record everything for it, and edit it all together. Since he is an autistic perfectionist about editing this last part takes forever and is an especially grueling process.
He just wants to be a cynical sexual degenerate asshole who plays video games with his fuckbuddy for internet money. He wants to live the dream. I can identify with that.

He takes way too fucking long to make anything. A full time job should warrant more content and based on his watch list he isn't even busy watching movies.
The YMS reviews are generally well done even if some parts are cringy and much is nit picky.
