Setting aside that basically everyone on the show deserves to die:
1. Chrissy was a hopeless addict at that point.
2. He had too many connections to the outside world (film industry, AA, etc.) and too much to fall back on if he decided he wanted out.
3. He was showing signs of disloyalty and resentment about Adriana and other issues.
4. He had a ton of dirt on Tony, way more than anyone else.
