The great debate…

They're both kino, no need to debate.

Literally babby's first movie

Intersteller felt like nolan actually tried. Inception felt like Nolan was burnt out from batman.
>>71687885
interstellar is easily the more retarded movie.
Inception had a luke-warm concept that ultimately went nowhere, and a poorly written script.
Interstellar is as close to a masterpiece that Nolan has gotten to. It's a very well made film, that will undoubtedly be remembered for years to come.

No, anon. You're the retard.
Movies only and utter retard, a memer a poser or a women could consider deep complex or nonsensical.
>>71687885
Inception, no fucking doubt.
It's just such a good movie. Especially for those who find complex-ish and not straightforward plots interesting.
Sure you could argue that Interstellar had a complex storyline to it, but to me all the extra shit felt a bit forced. You could easily dumb Interstellar down for someone who hasn't seen it, not to mention we've seen movies kind of like it (2001: A space Odyssey). Although, good luck doing he same with Inception. It's just original as well.
Inception is more interesting and overall better mainly because of the unforced non-simplistic story and uniqueness.

Only an*

>>Constant spoon feeding of exposition for normies
This has been Nolan's biggest problem for years, and Inception is easily the worst culprit, but I found that interstellar handled the exposition rather well.
Anyway, i'm really looking forward to Dunkirk. I feel that Nolan is really growing as a filmmaker.

it blows my mind that people think inception is good
>>71688219
anon is right, Nolan shitposting isn't funny anymore. Abandon thread
>>71688063
>haha le movies le flicks le kino
>haha i'm so deep i can't even watch a film for what it is instead I dislike them based on how they are perceived by other pretentious idiots like myself
>>71688349
Except these are fraudulent pieces of "art"
Utterly gauche execution, and disgustingly facile screenplays meant to make the casual viewer feel like "they got it" so they can go home and feel smart for a minute or two and take part in pathetically intellectually destitute "analysis" on these """"movies"""" that would make the average cine lover squirm.
These, the same degenerates that turn their nose up at films like Transformers, really not all that much worse than these Nolan trash heaps, while at the same they have utterly no desire to actually expand their horizons and watch a real fucking film.
>>71688246
You're probably the kind of guy that blows his load over Adam Sandler movies.
>>71688289
People are discussing Nolan's films ITT, and you call that shitposting? Maybe his films make you feel insecure, and that's fine, but you have to be retarded to think the discussion is shitposting.
Look at yourself. Can't even elaborate on why you dislike Nolan or his films, so you call his film Interstellar retarded, post a retarded gif image, and then samefag to make it seem like someone agrees with your pathetic ass.
Oh how sad it must be to be as insecure as you.
>>71688246
me too. Maybe the kids drooling over it here got my expectations a bit high but even being generous, 6/10 seems on the high side.
>>71688349
I meant more in a sense of making a simple concepts like layers of dreams as some mind-blowing shit when it's presented in a pretty straightforward manner. Though your pleb is showing.
>>71687885
Anyone who thinks Inception is better is an embarrassment.
>>71688467
I agree anon, they are glib facsimiles of genuine kino
Kill yourself
This is Nolan's only kino. All else is a movie at best.
Educate yourself, you plebs.
