Seriously, he even gets an eyepatch.
>"Let me tell you something about getting rid of hangovers"
Honestly I feel bad for people skipping this show because of /tv/'s constant fedoratier moaning about the religious themes in the movie which were present from the first season btw so its not like s4 shat the bed.
Still the best scifi show to date
Kills Starbuck, then brings her back.
What did RDM mean by this?

Plus, when the Baltar "angel" refers to God in the last scene, the Six says "you know it doesn't like to be called that", which throws the ambiguity back into mix.

You forgot
>and then disappears like a fart in the wind

That's not why it shat the bed. It shat the bed because it chooses to hamfistedly make the entirety of the fleet decide to commit what is effectively cultural suicide for no goddamn reason.

i hated that.
they finally have peace, after Kobol, Cylon Earth, 13 Colonies, and that colony world all get ruined. The toasters are free to do as they please in their base star.
So instead of settling down into simple farming communities and uplifting the natives. They decide to join the Pre Modern Homo Sapiens in being hunter gatherers.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think they wanted to stop the circle from happening again
>>71690697

The original plan was for the Fleet to settle in Greece, teaching them democracy and Colonial Religion but the someone went DAS RACISS and they abandoned it completely.
No, I am not making this up.

That greece thing might have been cool.
Still while the concept of the ending is arguably stupid the execution and the sendoff of the characters are still excellent and a hugr tear-jerker.
>>71690980
it is their culture's whole gimmick. them being basically proto versions of early Mediterranean cultures.
It is like making an A Team movie and forgetting the whole Soldier of Fortune aspect.
>>71690980
All the character endings (except arguably Baltar's) are completely worthless, because they ignore what the characters all actually gave a shit about, (and by extension the viewer) which is the survival of Colonial society.

>they ignore what the characters all actually gave a shit about, (and by extension the viewer) which is the survival of Colonial society.
The characters (and by extension the viewer) gave a shit about peace.
It's fine.
