I'd say they're not all homeruns but if you're looking for the hardest working man on set it's probably him, for Edge of Tomorrow he flew out 2 months early to meet prop designers to start working on the exo-suits, told Emily blunt to nut up when she started whining they were so heavy (and later she revealed only to him she was preggers) and then throws a big bash party for some crew out of pocket, which he didn't even attend because he was on set finishing up some scenes.
