So in her mind she retroactively changed what happened that night to not be rape, and made it a consensual sex in her mind.
This is something that women do, in the real world.
Similarly, a woman can like a man and have consensual sex with him, and then later if they have a fight or argument or she starts to dislike him she can retroactively declare that what at that time was consensual sex was actually rape. This is also something that women sometimes do. Like in the Julian Assange case he went to that womans house, stayed the night, she made them both breakfast in the morning, and then a week later found out he was also sleeping with another woman. After that she reported that she was 'raped' that night. And in her mind it was probably true. Just like in Dany's mind because she loved her husband now what happened that first night was not rape anymore.
The easiest way to understand it is; women view what happened in the past through the lens of their emotions in the present.
