What was the point of his character?
WHOOANSDANORF?!
>jon has no chance in the north angle
>>71615369
The season feels like they cut a lot of the Northern storyline after Episode four or five.
Jon, Sansa and Ramsay appear in every episode up to that and usually even do things. Then the Starks leave Castle Black, appear in three scenes and fight their battle.
>>71615369
To show that the North wrote it down somewhere
>>71615369
He was a cautionary tale about skipping leg day.
That's why he wouldn't kneel. Embarrassed that he couldn't squat his own bodyweight.
>>71615369
A timely reminder that Scottish women are the ugliest on Earth
he was just there to be a boba fett
greatjon would be disappointed
>>71615908
>implying
Giving supporting actors some character depth is always nice and it should be more appreciated.
>>71615934
You just have proved his point.
>>71615934
Sirk ma cork ets four gun scoreish
>>71615934
You have just proven his point
>>71615369
Delivering Rickon to Ramsay, obviously.
>>71616389
This.
But also they needed a "villain" in the battle, since Ramsay was saved for the end. You have a greater sense that Tormund might die if he's fighting someone you recognize.
>>71615369
Needed more of this guy desu. Won't bend the knee. Doesn't swear oaths. Based.
>>71615369
They cut this out of 3 episodes to waste celluloid on Arya watching that stupid fucking play and ramming the faceless story timeline into the toilet
To remind you that they're gonna butcher everyone and everything they can. No northern conspiracy, no BasedJon Umber ruse cruise, Arya steals Wyman's pies, ect.
Jon will marry Dany because he needs a larger army with knowledge of the land to not get fucked by the lannisters and Dany is the only royalty he could viably marry even though she is related to him. Basically Dany and Jon are the writers favorite charecter so naturally they will end up together.
>>71615369
Wasn't his father the first one to proclaim Rob King in th North? Were they not one of the most loyal families to the Starks which is why they left Rickon with them.
Am i missing something crucial that happened or was it a DnD 'lets defy logic to get another Ebin death' moment?
>>71617533
i bet you were one of those youtube fags that made an elaborate 30min video about how you think smalljon is secretly a starkfag whos going to betray the boltons and then you got assmad because you're retarded and wrong

SHOW MEEE
>>71615369
who?
I don't remember a hairy liam neeson
>>71615369
To make you think their was gonna be a epic side change like in brave heart during the battle. But it turns out he really was a disloyal cunt.
lame
>>71621596
*there
goddammit
Why didn't liam neeson release the kraken?
>>71619416
That didn't even make sense. If they win, Ramsay owns of the North.
>>71621865
They were on Ramsay's side dumbass
>>71619416
>SHOOOW MEE
I kek'd
>>71617533
>Am i missing something crucial that happened or was it a DnD
He was pissed off that Jon allied himself with the Wildlings that the Umbers had to fight for 1000s of years
>>71615369
>and a boy, nice and young. The way Karstark likes them
Ay, your a cunt
>>71615934
>this is a 10/10 in scotland
>>71615369
Well at the end of season 2 rickon and osha went to Last Hearth but DnD wanted Rickon to die in episode 9 so they needed the Umbers to betray the Starks.
They couldn't get Greatjon so they Casted Smalljon
>>71617533
>Am i missing something crucial that happened
Yes. The whole story about inviting the Wildlings last season
>>71627478
Killing Rickon seemed so pointless. It just wrapped up a loose thread that people would bring up, but without any satisfaction. It's the same with Benjen.
The story is clearly too big and complicated for DnD.
>>71615908
>mfw traveling to scotland in a few weeks
what am i in for?
Fuck off, he was a great minor villain
