the main significance of it is that in the books, euron's quote has buildup and is actually really clever (he served a thousand gods by making people from ib to asshai pray) and foreshadows him brainwashing and sacrificing priests, which makes the quote a proper summary of his character. In the show it's just a random statement that only tells you that he traveled a somewhat far distance. Oldtown is pretty much the capital of the world so it's not at all impressive, and Qarth is only halfway through Essos.

Not really, she was little more than a plot device to enable Cersei's character development, Margaery herself was barely developped and stayed consistent throughout the series, she didn't have a beginning or an end to her characterization.
She was a complete bitch though and got what she deserved, she was never honest with anybody and always put on a new face to please whoever she interracted with.
On the inside she was no different than Cersei, they both fought to manipulate Joffrey and Tommen to further their houses, and whenever one got the upper hand they rubbed their victory on the other's face instead of making peace.
