What did /tv/ think of this?
Thought it was interesting visually but not much of a story. 7/10-ish
do people really think this is Gaspar Noe's best flick?
I used to be obsessed with this movie, seen it up to around 100 times now. It's quintessential all style and no substance but it helped me discover so many amazing films and made me appreciate film in general more.

It's cinematic beauty is the main appeal. But it does look really, really beautiful. It helps to be on drugs when you're watching it. It feels like it was made for that purpose.

also, it was the only Gaspar Noe fliick that I liked, Irreversible was 5edgy2me, Love was pure shit and the first one (cant remember the name, the one about the butcher) was boring af
it's fucking amazing visually, the story is meh and it's about 30/45 minutes longer than it should have been
I liked it but I can see why others wouldn't
