This entire tale is a direct parallel to the story of Remus and Romulus (read about it and the similarities become clear).

I think theyre retarded for not showing anything of him learning to use the weirwoods in season 5. it seems like the near unanimous opinion is that season 6 felt really clunky and weird with its random heavy addition of magical high fantasy time travel shit and its because it was for the most part completely ignored in season 5.
