OP here, saw it for the first time tonight, JUST finished the Ult edition, and I really think it was the best superhero movie written so far, it seems like every one shit on the original cut for the theaters so I understand if some of the things in there didn't make sense but watching the Ult edition and remembering what everyone was complaining about, seems like the movie addressed everything with the 30 extra minutes.

If Snyder had just followed what was on the page instead of always thinking he knew better, it would have been a lot better film. Would also have helped if Affleck wasn't going through marriage issues, gambling issues, and drinking issues while filming.
