I liked season 4 better than season 3. By season 4 your relatively used to the new spartacus, it also introduces the best antagonist in the series. It also has a really satisfying series finale unlike most shows these days.

I loved the new Spartacus. He was just a fan of the show and tried so hard to honor the first guy. I just can't be mad at him. Also the last season is brutal as fuck and he really comes into his own in the show. The new guy is a total bro. I rewatched the entire series after and it made Vengeance alot better because I was already used to Liam as Spartacus.
