I love movies/series about survival, people stranded on an island or in the mountains, etc.
even apocalyptic stuff.
Realistic>Fantasy. but anything is ok.
can I get a list with good movies?

Carriers
10 Cloverfield Lane (Not a Cloverfield movie at all and it's really obvious towards the end of the movie but this is a good thing)
try those two

>Hell (2011)
Post-apocalypse. German. Surprisingly competent. Predictable plot. Top QTs. 3/5
>Cube (1997)
Sci-fi. Instant classic. Mindfuck staple. Ingenious use of a single set. 5/5
>The Divide (2011)
Apocalypse. "Bunker" setting. Loads of "hey it's that guy from -". Campy. Sometimes illogical. Excellent ending. Decent QT. 3/5
>Hidden (2015)
Zombie apocalypse. Bunker setting. Lightweight "The Road". Riseborough is the tits. Decent if predictable twist. Retarded last minute. 3/5
>Alive (1993)
Mountain plane crash. Based on true events. "Castaway" in the Andes with a substantially bigger cast. Exhausting. 4/5
>The Grey (2011)
Plane Crash. "Alive" with a McGuyver-ish Liam Neeson. And wolves. Straightforward plot. Top "man vs beast" scene with impromptu BBQ. 3/5

How could I forget
>The Mist (2007)
"Alien" invasion. Best King adaptation. Darabont knows how to drama. Insufferable/ingenious Marcia Gay Harden. Lacklustre lead. Phenomenal use of Dead Can Dance. Make it or break it ending. 4/5

I like Jane. I like him a lot. But he's more of a straightforward action, non-straightforward comedy kinda guy. A sort of a less up-his-own-ass Tom Cruise. His Punisher and the dude he plays in Thursday (seriously, look that up if you haven't seen it) are perfect characters for him. This required someone more sensible, more vulnerable. His shouting fit at the end didn't have the emotional impact it needed to have. TBF, the kid's easily the most dissonant of the lot during that scene but then children aren't exactly easy to cast.

>Cube (1997)
>Sci-fi. Instant classic. Mindfuck staple. Ingenious use of a single set. 5/5
There should be a new reboot of the Cube.
It's perfect for a remake. The best thing about it was the idea. Actors sucked, doubt they would be any worse.
