I'm never going to start another TV show ever again. After GoT and The Walking Dead are over I'm through. These garbage shows are a burden to my life and I'm not carrying another millstone around my neck.

Because it's capeshit about a priest who's supposed to be a suave badass. Absolutely glib trash.

Latest episode really opent the things up and gave it more momentum. I nearly gave up with the series.

I've had more than enough of superpowers/capeshit show, but this has been a pleasant surprise. They're taking their time, which is nice : no useless cliffhangers, no on-the-spot characterization for the purpose of plot, no rushed side character narrative introducive digression. It's a focused show with pleasant attention to detail. It's comfy, and the sleazy redneck music of the opening credits always puts me in the right kind of mood. I like it so far!
