Cersei's demise and gradual descent into insanity has been the best part of this show in my opinion. The story, the setting, the other characters and Lena Headey have been second to none.
The entire thing is believable because of the slow burn and the culmination of all of these events was so grimdark and kino that I had flashbacks to True Detective season 1.

So how can Arya be stopped now? It seems like she'll be able to kill anyone on her list with trivial ease given she can now 1. Teleport. 2. Kill tens of noble sons, butcher them, cook them into a pie that takes about 2 hours to bake, fire all the other help without killing them, then serve it to the lord of the house, all before anyone even knows whats going on. 3. Defeat an enemy in the dark even when mortally wounded by a stomach wound so long and she's been patched up. 4. Can swap faces at will
Like literally there is no way to stop Arya from teleporting over to Kings Landing and killing Cersei and yet the show drama dictates that Jaime needs to kill cersei.
